Pelvic floor and gut health
Nov 06, 2020 Episode 3
Ariadna Masó

In this episode, I am delighted to speak with Dr. Brianne Grogan, founder of Femfusion and doctor of physical therapy, certified women’s health and nutrition coach.

Dr. Bri explains the importance of pelvic health and its connection with gut health. The pelvic floor comprises key muscles that we use for our vital activities. So, what happens when these muscle groups are tensioned or misaligned? What is prolapse? How can this affect our gut with issues like constipation?

In addition,  Dr. Bri tells us about her gut health journey which was really complicated as she developed anxiety and found out she had celiac disease. She developed prolapse after having his son and this personal experience inspired her to create Femfusionfitness and help many women who struggle with the same issue.

You can follow Dr. Bri's tutorials on her YouTube channel and instagram where she published great tutorials which are easy to follow and fun! Can't miss on the hip circles!
